The tasting menu we chose proved to be balanced and exquisite in every course, in particular the risotto with oysters was able to surprise us with its delicate flavor, however everything paired perfectly with the wines offered. The staff is an "orchestra" in perfect synchrony with the cuisine, with a harmony that offers the customer an evening to remember.
